About Flammia Law

The Law Office of Kathleen Flammia has been serving Orange County and surrounding areas for the past fourteen years. Kathleen Flammia began her Elder Law practice in the heart of Winter Park, Florida after being in the criminal defense arena for 15 years.

Ms. Flammia’s practice has four seasoned staffers behind it.  There are three legal assistants, who each focus on either Medicaid Planning, Probate or Estate Planning. Our experienced receptionist handles scheduling and planning all of the numerous speaking engagements Ms. Flammia conducts each year. All of Ms. Flammia’s staffers know the ins and outs of this practice and are ready and able to assist you in getting the answers and help you are looking for.
