Emmy joined the Flammia Elder Law Firm in 2017 as the Probate and Guardianship paralegal. Emmy has 17 years’ of experience as a paralegal and 5 years’ of experience in the Probate Division of the Clerk’s office in Orange County, Florida, where she began her career.

Emmy moved to Oviedo in 1986 from Virginia Beach, Virginia. She became a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2009. She then received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Valencia Community College in 2011 and her Bachelor’s Degree in 2013 from the University of Central Florida in Legal Studies.

Emmy loves taking kickboxing classes in her free time as well as spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two daughters, and dogs, Wilson and Dakota. Her dedication to family solidifies her ever heightened concern and care for our clients.
