Jeanette Mora is a dedicated attorney specializing in Trusts & Estates and Elder Law. With a focus on helping families plan for their future, she guides clients through the complexities of estate planning, asset protection, and long-term care. Jeanette is committed to providing compassionate support during challenging times, ensuring that her clients’ loved ones are taken care of and their legacies are preserved. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Mora was a Certified Financial Planner™ and worked as a financial advisor for over 20 years, advising individuals, businesses, corporations, and non-profits on various financial and compliance matters.
Ms. Mora is passionate about giving back to her community and regularly volunteers her time as a Guardian Ad Litem Advocate, the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, and Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida. Her pro bono work was recognized in 2021 when she was named Osceola County’s Community Legal Services Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. She is a member of several professional associations and committees, including the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law section of the Florida Bar for which she was selected as a Fellow 2022-2024, the Central Florida Estate Planning Council, the Hispanic American Professional Businesswomen Association, the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida and has also served as Chair of the Elder Law Committee and Co-Chair of the Estate, Guardianship & Trust Committee of the Orange County Bar Association.
In 2024 Jeanette graduated from the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Council Class VI. Jeanette was selected to the Florida Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Ms. Mora holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stockton University, a master’s degree in Financial Economics for Public Policy from the American University, and she received her law degree from Dwayne Adreas Barry University School of Law.
