Overview
Michael joined the Flammia Elder Law Firm in 2022 and practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration. He is also a VA accredited Attorney.
Michael is a Florida native. He grew up in St. Augustine, Florida before moving to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University. Michael graduated Florida State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in History. During his undergraduate career Michael competed in a number of regional and state trial advocacy competitions representing FSU. Michael earned his Juris Doctorate from the Florida State College of Law in 2014. While in law school, Michael served as an officer on their Mock Trial Team, and again competed in trial advocacy across the country. After graduating law school Michael began his career as an Assistant State Attorney with the 2nd Circuit in Tallahassee then the 18th Circuit in Seminole County. He practiced criminal prosecution before focusing his practice on estate and trust settlement. Michael next worked as an Estate and Trust Advisor for SunTrust bank, where he served as a professional personal representative and trustee.
